1. How do I get started?

Follow these simple steps to get started!

  • Download the eVitaliv App on Google Play OR sign-up on https://evitaliv.vitalivhwc.com
  • Open the app and log-in
  • Click on 'Health Profile' and fill-in your medical histories such as health conditions, medications, allergies, past surgeries, vaccination etc. This will give our doctors an insight into your current health condition, which would enable them to provide you with better care
  • Please refer to question 3 on how you can make an appointment to see a doctor


2. Do you accept insurance?

NO, at this time we are not accepting insurance for our telehealth medicine platform.


3. How do I make an appointment?

We are happy to assist you in making appointments! You can follow these steps:

On the Phone

  • Log-in on eVITALIV App
  • Click on 'Providers' icon
  • Select Available doctor's name and click on type of appointment (IN-CLINIC/ TEXT OR VIDEO CONSULTATION)
  • For clinic and video consultation, select appointment date and appointment time.
  • Make payment, a confirmation text will be sent once appointment is confirmed.
  • You will be seen by a doctor on appointed time.

On Laptop/ PC

  • Log-in on https://evitaliv.vitalivhwc.com
  • Click on 'Healthcare Providers' icon
  • Select Available doctor's name and click on type of appointment (IN-CLINIC/ TEXT OR VIDEO CONSULTATION)
  • For clinic and video consultation, select appointment date and appointment time.
  • Make payment, a confirmation text will be sent once appointment is confirmed.
  • You will be seen by a doctor on appointed time.


4. How much does your service cost?

Our standard video consultation is $40.


5. How quickly can I talk to a doctor?

DEPENDS, on when you book your appointment. If your appointment is made during working hours, you will get an appointment confirmation within minutes. Once you have made your payment, our doctor will see you on appointed time.


6. Can I make a video consultation for my children/ any of my other family members?

NO. At the moment, we are still working towards enabling this feature in the future.



Doctor Consultation

1. When to use eVITALIV video consult?

Video consultation is only suitable for NON-EMERGENCY medical care. Find out the list of conditions here: https://evitaliv.vitalivhwc.com/post/what-conditions-can-evitaliv-be-used-for-/3206


2. Is there a time limit?

YES there is, standard video consultation has a 15-minute time limit. Once the time limit has ended, the app will flag to notify that your time is up and the doctor will summarise her consultation with you.


3. Can medical forms such as medical certificate (MC) be filled out?

YES, our doctors can write you a medical certificate via video consultation. However, you will have to collect your medical certificate from our clinic.


4. Can I make an appointment to be seen in the clinic?

YES, you can make appointments to be seen in the clinic by our doctors.


4. Can you treat mental illness?

YES, our doctors are able to consult regarding mental health issues and prescribe accordingly. However, you may be asked to see a doctor for prescriptions that require monitoring.


5. How is my personal information and medical history stored?

Your information is stored on our encrypted servers inside encrypted databases. eVitaliv is also HIPAA compliant.


6. Can I see the doctor at any time?

NO, we do not offer 24/7 service at the moment. However, we have increased the flexibility of our timings.


7. If I need to be seen again in clinic after eVITALIV consultation, will I pay again for consultation?

NO, you will only be charged for procedures/ tests that needs to be done.



Prescription and Pharmacy

1. Can your doctor prescribe medication?

YES, our physicians are able to prescribe a wide range of medications and will be available for collection or delivered to you on the next working day.

**Please note that we do not prescribe certain drugs, such as: Narcotics, or pain medications- including Gabapentin, that have been designated as U.S. Controlled substances as a Schedule I, II, III, IV or V drug.


2. Can I get a refill of my prescription using eVitaliv?

DEPENDS. Certain medicine such as antibiotics and sleeping pills will require consultation with doctor (either video consultation or in-clinic consultation).

Prescriptions for over-the-counter medicine can be dispensed from our clinic pharmacy. List of medication that can be prescribed via text consultation:

  • Paracetamol
  • Cough Syrup
  • Repeat Prescription for High Blood Pressure/ Darah Tinggi
  • Repeat Prescription for Diabetes/ Kencing Manis
  • Repeat Prescription for Asthma


3. How soon can I get my medicine delivered?

On the next working day. However, we cannot confirm the exact time when your medications will be delivered.


4. How do I pay for prescription by eVitaliv?

You can pay using bank transfer or at the clinic upon collection.
